- Miami U. Frosh Get New ID Numbers After Mixup
From the article of the same name, WNWO NBC24 (Ohio) - Due to a mistake that sent new student ID numbers to the wrong students, Miami University of Ohio is issuing new numbers to its freshman class of almost 3,700 students. Officials do not believe the ID numbers could be used because they do not contain any personal information, like Social Security numbers. In addition, students would need to know a unique password to access a classmate's personal information.
